MPD’s part BH9VL is a manufactured battery holder that accepts one 9 volt battery.  It is an Eagle Plastic Devices 12BH612-GR equivalent part.  The BH9VL is made of black High Impact ABS, and the contacts are nickel-plated brass with solder lugs.  It has a flammability rating of UL94V-0. It is also RoHS 2 compliant for worldwide distribution which surpasses ANSI/EIA standards guaranteeing quality. Mounting this part can be done using 2-56 machine screws. Adhesives and double sided tape can also be use. The BH9VL features reverse polarity protection
